Feeding Guidelines:

Provide this diet at least 4-5 days per week. Note that most geckos may not finish their portion each time, unlike with lower-fat formulas.

Supplementing with live insects is advised but not mandatory. Even with a complete diet, adding insects occasionally benefits their well-being and provides mental stimulation. For optimal growth, offer crickets once or twice weekly to crested geckos until they reach about 15 grams, after which live feedings can be reduced or stopped.

Mixed food remains usable for up to 7 days when stored in the fridge. Unopened dry mix lasts for 6 months at room temperature or up to 1 year if refrigerated. Unopened packages have a shelf life of 2 years.
